Thank you for fostering a cat for the Dancing Cat! Whether this is your first kitty or you've been fostering for years, we appreciate your contributions.

Please answer the questions below about your current foster cat(s). Your observations of your foster cat are extremely valuable to us. We use this info to write their bios, promote them on social media, and match the cats to potential adopters.

Note: Please feel free to fill out this form multiple times if you find that your answers change over time; there's no need to fill out the entire form again -- only the items that might have changed.
